I provide individual therapy sessions for adults from 18 years old and up. Sessions range from 40 to 60 minutes depending on client need, availability, and finances. I’m based in VA and see clients virtually in 40+ states through PSYPACT.

For Insurance Clients:

I am an in-network provider with Anthem and Anthem Healthkeepers. If you are considering the insurance route, please call and confirm with your insurance to check if I am in-network. You can provide them with my NPI (1740651280) number for reference. Reach out with any questions. I know how confusing of a process this can be.

For Private Pay Clients:

I provide super bills for clients who are out-of-network and/or private pay so you may be provided partial reimbursement from your insurance.

Private Pay fees:

40-45 minute therapy sessions - $225

53 minute therapy sessions - $250

53-60 minute initial intake session - $275

I understand that therapy can be expensive, and times are hard. In an attempt to make therapy more accessible, I provide a reduced fee for some clients based on need.
